I feel miserable...

4/8 Edited to

... Read moreFeeling miserable is a deeply personal and challenging experience that many people face at some point in their lives. From my own experience, acknowledging these feelings rather than pushing them away is a vital first step towards healing. When I’ve felt overwhelmed by negative emotions, I found that simply talking to a trusted friend or writing down my thoughts helped ease the burden. In addition, small daily routines can make a significant difference. For example, spending time outdoors, even if briefly, can improve mood due to exposure to natural light and fresh air. Engaging in light exercise like walking or stretching also helps release endorphins, which are natural mood lifters. Another strategy I found useful was setting tiny, achievable goals each day. It might be as simple as making your bed or preparing a healthy meal. These small successes can gradually rebuild a sense of control and accomplishment. Sometimes, feelings of misery stem from deeper or ongoing issues, and reaching out for professional support can be crucial. Therapists and counselors provide a safe space to explore underlying causes and develop coping mechanisms tailored to your unique situation. Remember, feeling miserable doesn't define your entire journey. Allow yourself compassion and patience during low moments. You are not alone, and by taking small, deliberate steps, it’s possible to find relief and move toward a brighter outlook.

HIGH PROTEIN MEALS THAT DON’T FEEL LIKE DIET FOOD
Because if it feels miserable, it’s not sustainable. You don’t need sad chicken and steamed broccoli to eat well. (Even though I personally love this 😅) You need balanced meals that keep you full, fueled, and ACTUALLY satisfied. Here are some of my go-to high-protein meals that still feel
