Must Try Meal Prep

Hi Friends!! 💃🏼

Happy Sunday ☀️

On this week’s lunch menu is a turkey stir fry!

1. Start off by washing and cutting up your veggies. You can use whatever veggies you want, but I like to do a head of broccoli, 2 bell peppers and a half of an onion.

2. I then will get the veggies in a frying pan and sautée until browned. I did add a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder and minced onion flakes.

3. While the veggies cook, put together the sauce. I make 2 “batches” of this. One I will add once everything is cooked and another for my containers.

4. Once the veggies are finished, I put them in a bowl off to the side and start cooking the ground turkey in the same pan.

5. Once the turkey is started, I heat up a pot of boiling water to make the rice noodles in. Cook noodles according to the package

6. Once the turkey is fully cooked, I add back in the veggies, stir, then add in one of the sauces. Let cook for about 3 mins

7. Plate the food! I divide up the noodles then do 1 cup of the meat and veggie mixture to each container. Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top if you prefer!

8. All done!!!
