Impulse temu buys

With baby girl number 3 coming in November, nesting is a daily hobby at this point. I caved and ordered some things off Temu, which I have never done. So far most things have been good for the price, some items smaller than I expected but they are decent for what I paid.

I will be more careful in the future to not fall into the adhd impulse buy trap 😆

... Read morePreparing for a new baby often sparks a nesting instinct, motivating parents to organize their homes and gather essentials. When shopping online, especially on platforms like Temu, it’s common to encounter tempting deals that lead to impulse buys. However, with some careful planning, you can turn these purchases into practical additions that ease your daily life. One of the key advantages of using Temu for nesting products is the affordability combined with variety. For example, investing in organizers such as under-the-sink storage units or produce carts can greatly improve the functionality and tidiness of your kitchen or bathroom spaces. Though some items might appear smaller than expected, as noted in personal reviews, they are often sufficient for specific needs and provide surprisingly good value. Hangars designed specifically for bras and leggings can help extend the lifespan of delicate clothing by preventing stretching or misshaping. This is particularly useful during pregnancy and postpartum when comfort and easy access to nursing wear become priorities. Glass iced drink cups mentioned for breast milk storage also highlight innovative multipurpose purchases that support both hydration and baby care. To avoid falling into the ADHD impulse buying trap, it’s helpful to make a prioritized list of items needed and read user reviews regarding size and function before purchase. Using relevant hashtags like #temuhaul, #impulsebuy, #nesting, and #organization on social media can provide real-life feedback from other buyers and inspire practical shopping decisions. Nesting with a new baby on the way is a unique journey, and finding affordable, functional, and straightforward products can make the process smoother. Embracing both the joys and challenges of preparing your space with smart Temu purchases will ultimately result in a more comfortable and organized home for your growing family.

I had to get real with myself — I wasn’t broke, I was just letting little habits drain me 😭 It wasn’t the bills… it was the vibes. Here’s what I quit (and how it’s actually been saving me): ☕ Daily drinks “because I deserve it” — I was spending about $10 a day between coffee + energy drinks.
