There’s something so therapeutic about cooking dishes that take you straight back to childhood 🥹

Every time I make curry chicken, it instantly reminds me of being in the kitchen with my mom. Her showing me how to properly clean the chicken with vinegar, the smell of curry sizzling in hot oil, and the way the whole house filled with those fragrant, comforting spices 🌶️🧄🍃

It’s one of those recipes that feels like a hug.. warm, nostalgic, and full of love 💛 I still follow her same little steps and seasoning tricks (she never measured anything 😅 just “a lil bit of this, a lil bit of that”) and somehow, it always turns out perfect. 👩🏽‍🍳✨

Cooking this always reminds me that food isn’t just about eating, it’s about connection, memory, and keeping traditions alive. So today, I’m sharing my version of this family favorite.
