I ordered this chlorophyll after christmas because I was tired of hearing about the hype. So all facts— here’s what happened for me after drinking chlorophyll water for two months.
After the first 3 days, I noticed morning breath, sweat and BO decreased. Even eating things with garlic/onions didn’t affect my breath as much as before.
I’ve heard people say after 3 days all odor disappears but that just isn’t true. You have to be consistent! And those type of results (for me) came at least after 2-3 full weeks of being completely consistent. Okra water has so many benefits in general, good for your skin, vaginal health, and gut. So I also found it easier to use the bathroom. Because of this, I saw a decrease in bloating and upset stomach.
Mint gives it a little flavor (the okra water to me kind of tastes like green peppers) so it was tough the first few days trying to get used to it. To distract from this, you can add extra lemon and mint.
This water also helps with energy and low iron (I’m anemic so this was great for me) still, you should be careful to drink it 24hrs apart so the same time each day to prevent constipation or any issues.
I also noticed that if I was less consistent even skipping for only a few days, the BO, bloating, and dull skin came back quickly 🥲.
This is definitely worth a try— but something you have to stick to in order to get the results you want.
... Read moreChlorophyll water has surged in popularity as a natural wellness drink, but from personal experience, consistency is key to seeing results. Over two months, drinking chlorophyll water every day helped me noticeably reduce morning breath and body odor, especially after eating pungent foods like garlic and onions. However, these changes didn't happen overnight. It took me nearly three weeks of daily intake before the improvements fully set in.
Interestingly, the addition of okra water not only contributed to odor control but also aided digestion by easing bloating and promoting regular bowel movements. This dual benefit made me feel lighter and more comfortable, which was an unexpected bonus. I found that the mint and lemon flavors were essential for making the taste more enjoyable, as the okra alone sometimes reminded me of green peppers, which took some getting used to.
One notable effect was the boost in energy and relief from low iron symptoms, likely due to chlorophyll's rich nutrient profile. As someone with anemia, this was particularly helpful. However, to prevent side effects like constipation, I made sure to drink the chlorophyll water at the same time daily and left at least 24 hours between each dose.
A key takeaway is that even a short break from this routine causes the original issues like body odor, bloating, and dull skin to return quickly. So, sticking to a consistent schedule is vital for long-term benefits. For anyone interested in trying chlorophyll water, be patient with the taste and timing, and monitor how your body responds. It's definitely worth exploring as a natural supplement, especially if you're looking for holistic ways to improve breath, digestion, and overall wellness.
Hey, I started yesterday drinking the okra water! It’s actually not that bad! I started last night and I’ve only consumed like a fourth of a cup but I’m excited! Today I’m getting the chlorophyll to put in the water I’ll try to update you in a week or two if you’re still interested. 😌🥹 Btw what did you do with that okra that was in the water?
Currently on week 1 going on 2. I personally haven’t noticed any change so far but I wasn’t expecting too just yet. What brand did you buy ?
