Meals I ate as someone who lost 17lbs in a month
Only had one meal a day but healthy low calorie snacks thru the day and lots of water ⚠️ eating just one of these meals a day is not enough calories a person should be having even on a deficit that being said I’ve been doing 700-1000 which is still slightly under the minimum 1,200 deficit for women
