Vegan Peppered Steak and Basmati Rice 🍚

Ingredients

1 bag Beyond steak

1 onion

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1 tbsp garlic minced

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp olive oi1

1 tsp cornstarch

2 tbsp coconut aminos

1/4 cups veggie broth

1 tbsp vegan soy sauce

1 c cooked basmati rice

Heat the oils in a skillet or wok. Saute onion and peppers, and garlic. Add Beyond steak to the mix. cook for 2 to 3 minutes as your corn starch. then add your coconut aminos and vegan soy sauce and veggie broth. Stir til sauce thickens. Serve on top of rice.
