Balanced What I Eat in a Day
Here is a well rounded, realist what I eat in a day to aid in staying satiated and loosing weight healthily.
To start the day, I drink a liter of water before eating anything, this way I’m more motivated to hydrate.
Breakfast was two pieces of Dave’s killer bread toasted, one with ricotta, an egg, tomato and chili oil for a savory option, one with ricotta, homemade almond butter, blue berries and raw local honey. I also had a grapefruit. This breakfast is filling and packed with protein which will help keep you fuller longer.
Midday I had a small portion of vegetable lo mein made with egg noodles.
For dinner I split some pasta and bread with my sister.
And by the end of the night I was craving something sweet so I made some makeshift cheese cake bites but a healthier option (the crust was made from coconut and granola, the cheesecake aspect was ricotta and cream instead of cream cheese, coconut sugar instead of white sugar) I topped them with blueberries and crème brûlée’d the tops. (I had three of these as they are smaller and as I said, I much healthier alternative that you don’t feel guilt for eating) :)

Maintaining a healthy diet can be challenging, but understanding the balance between nutrition and satisfaction is key. Starting your day with hydration is vital, as it energizes your metabolism and promotes overall health. For breakfast, options like toasted Dave's Killer bread topped with protein-rich foods such as ricotta and eggs provide both taste and nutrition. Incorporating fruits like grapefruit and blueberries boosts your fiber intake. For lunch, vegetable lo mein offers a quick, satisfying meal that's easy to prepare and is packed with essential vitamins. Dinner does not have to be extravagant; sharing a meal like pasta with a family member fosters a sense of community while enjoying a balanced diet. To satisfy sweet cravings healthily, consider making lighter desserts, such as cheesecake bites using ricotta and natural sweeteners like coconut sugar. Topping these with fresh berries can make them both appealing and nutritious. This balanced approach ensures that you nourish your body while enjoying the foods you love. Meal ideas and recipes can often be infused with creativity, allowing you to tailor your eating habits to your lifestyle goals. Embrace healthy eating as a sustainable lifestyle choice rather than a temporary diet.
