5 Reasons You Should Be An iPad Girl

Over the years, I realized how important it was for me to have an iPad. I started off with an iPad 1 in 2012. Let’s be real, we have iPhones, and iPhones with larger screens now, but sometimes it still feels weird to do EVERYTHING on your iPhone. Here are my top 5 reasons for owning an iPad and why you should too!

🩷1. Effective editing

For the most part, I do most of my edits from my iPad, as it feels more professional and not crammed in by strictly editing on the iPhone. I’ll only ever use my iPhone for quick edits. The iPad was made for multitasking, and it’s the perfect fit if you’re a content creator.

🩷2. Gaming

I think we all know this, iPad games are really cool. Wide screen, quality gaming.

🩷3. Social

Sometimes I find it effective to scroll through social media on the iPad, especially in terms of writing notes, using Pinterest, or overall organizing. Helpful for when the iPhone is charging.

🩷4. Business

If I need to multitask and work on things, as an influencer and corporate goth girl, the iPad is helpful in helping me handle multiple things at once, especially if my iPhone isn’t able to handle it.

🩷5. Wide screen

I love a wide screen overall, if I’m watching a movie, playing a game, editing content, multitasking, etc, etc, I feel as though the iPad is my go to. If you love doing all of these things, creating content, cute notes, reading, then you definitely need an iPad

In all reality, does anyone actually do everything on their iPhone?

... Read moreFrom my personal experience, switching from using only an iPhone to incorporating an iPad into my daily routine truly transformed how I handle both work and play. The effective editing capabilities on the iPad, especially with photo and video editing apps like VSCO, Picsart, and CapCut, allow for a more relaxed and professional workflow that simply isn’t achievable on a smaller screen. Multitasking on an iPad is another game-changer; being able to split screen between apps like Canva for content creation, Pinterest for inspiration, and social platforms helps me stay organized and productive without constant app switching. Gaming on the iPad is also a treat, with titles like Subway Surf, Call of Duty, and Clash Royale coming to life on the larger display — the visuals are immersive and the controls feel more comfortable compared to an iPhone. Additionally, using the iPad for social media scrolling and note-taking feels more natural, especially when my iPhone is charging or when I prefer a break from the smaller device. Apps such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Discord feel more spacious and enjoyable. For managing business tasks, especially as someone juggling influencer-related activities and corporate responsibilities, the iPad doubles as a powerful productivity tool that can handle emails, Dropbox files, and calendar events all at once. This is invaluable when your phone might lag with multiple apps open. Lastly, the wide screen is unbeatable for consuming content—whether watching movies, reading articles, or editing your latest video. The Apple iPad Air 10.5 inch in Rose Gold combines style with function, making it a device I rate 10/10 for versatility. If you enjoy creating content, staying social, gaming, or multitasking, becoming an iPad enthusiast is definitely worth considering.

I have an IPad Pro and the editing is great. You can move around quicker than a computer, open other files such as a thesaurus or the internet. It’s just not that great for formatting. I love it.
