5 Reasons You Should Be Doing Zumba

I didn’t want to hate working out anymore.

I wanted something that felt fun, free, and didn’t require a gym membership, fancy equipment, or me pretending I knew what to do on a weight machine 🙃

That’s when I found Zumba.

I started slow just dancing in my room, in a big t-shirt, following along to videos on YouTube.

No pressure. No audience. Just me and the music.

What I didn’t expect?

How much it would help my mood, my body, and my consistency.

Zumba burns fat, boosts confidence, and reminds you that movement can feel joyful, not forced.

It’s a workout that meets you where you are and that’s why I stuck with it.
