Mango sago, with its creamy texture and sweet tropical flavor, is an excellent choice that doesn't rely on seasonal fruit constraints — even if green mangoes are less available at times, ripe mangoes work just as well. This dessert is super simple to make and pairs wonderfully with outdoor activities like tennis training. Using sago pearls adds a delightful chewiness that made our post-practice treat extra satisfying. We also learned that a little creativity in the kitchen can make training days more enjoyable, especially when trying new recipes as a couple.
