First Jobber | First Job Review at 23 👀💬
Recap, early life, very fast. 🚀 We just graduated last February, and March immediately started a routine, almost without a break.
💬 the internship was almost over, I didn't really feel like taking a break, so I immediately started looking for a job on LinkedIn and JobDB. I applied to many places. It took me many weeks. I finally called all three interviews that were HR jobs. Because I had many internship experiences, I tried to apply.
✨ got Offer in two places, so I had to think,
Want to go to Recruit or Branding? Finally, choose Employee Branding because it feels that it matches what we already do as creators and can really build on the hobby as a regular job.
👀 peak is three days after internship. Yes, three days of rest!!!But with a new ending boy, the lights are strong.
✅ the main job is Employee Branding, creating communication and corporate image outside. It's easy to explain, it's like marketing products, but ours is "people" and "organizations." Maintain TikTok, Facebook, IG and company websites.
✅ along with the Engagement task, the internal activity gives the office a greater ligament, and the Internal Communication task that oversees the communication of information for employees to match.
Overall, it feels like a job that I want to try. It's like taking something I like to do as a real job, so I feel happy and want to continue this line. I want to share it as my first job experience in my life at the age of 23, in order to encourage anyone who is starting too. ✨

สำหรับใครที่กำลังหา “งาน HR Recruit จบใหม่” หรือดูประกาศ “รับสมัคร HR จบใหม่” แล้วไม่แน่ใจว่าจะเริ่มยังไง เราอยากสรุปทริคแบบที่ตัวเองใช้จริงตอนหางานช่วงยังฝึกงานใกล้จบ (ช่วงนั้นสมัครทั้ง LinkedIn และ JobDB ควบคู่กัน) เพื่อให้ได้เรียกสัมภาษณ์เร็วขึ้นและเลือกงานได้ตรงใจมากขึ้น 1) ตั้งเป้าให้ชัดว่าอยากไป Recruit หรือ Branding หลายคนสมัคร HR แบบรวม ๆ แต่ HR มีหลายสายมาก ถ้าคีย์เวิร์ดที่เล็งคือ HR Recruit ให้ดูประกาศที่มีคำว่า Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Interview scheduling, Offer letter ส่วนสาย Employee Branding/HR Branding จะเจอคำว่า Employer Branding, Internal Communication, Engagement, Content, Social media, Corporate communication การรู้คำค้นช่วยให้ค้นหางานบน LinkedIn/JobDB ตรงขึ้น และทำเรซูเม่ให้เข้ากับตำแหน่งได้ง่าย 2) ปรับเรซูเม่ให้ “อ่านแล้วเห็นงาน Recruit ทันที” ถ้าสมัคร HR Recruit จบใหม่ อย่าเขียนประสบการณ์ฝึกงานแบบกว้าง ๆ ลองเปลี่ยนเป็น bullet ที่วัดผลได้ เช่น - คัดกรองเรซูเม่/โทรนัดสัมภาษณ์กี่เคสต่อสัปดาห์ - ใช้ ATS, Excel/Google Sheet ในการติดตามผู้สมัคร - เคยประสานงานผู้จัดการแผนก/ทำรายงานสรุปสถานะผู้สมัคร ถ้าไม่ได้ทำ Recruit ตรง ๆ ให้โยงทักษะที่ใกล้เคียง เช่น ประสานงานเก่ง สื่อสารกับคนเยอะ จัดการหลายงานพร้อมกัน 3) โปรไฟล์ LinkedIn สำคัญมาก (โดยเฉพาะสาย Recruit) ตั้ง Headline ให้ชัด เช่น “HR | Recruitment | New Grad” และใส่ About สั้น ๆ ว่าถนัดอะไร เคยฝึกงานด้านไหนบ้าง แนบพอร์ต/ไฟล์เรซูเม่ไว้ด้วย ถ้ามีผลงานคอนเทนต์หรือทำกิจกรรมมหาลัย/ชมรม ก็แนบเป็นลิงก์ได้ เผื่อบางบริษัทมองว่าเรามีความกล้าและสื่อสารได้ดี (จุดนี้ช่วยมากถ้าสาย Branding ด้วย) 4) วิธีสมัครให้ได้ผลมากกว่าส่งแบบหว่าน เราใช้วิธีสมัคร 10 ที่ แต่ “ตั้งใจ” 3 ที่ คืออ่าน JD ให้ละเอียด แล้วปรับเรซูเม่/อีเมลให้ตรงคำที่เขาใช้ เช่น ถ้าเขียนว่าอยากได้คนทำ sourcing ก็ใส่ประสบการณ์ค้นหา candidate หรือการใช้ keyword search (ถ้าเคยลองใน LinkedIn ก็เล่าได้) โอกาสได้เรียกสัมภาษณ์จะสูงขึ้นกว่าส่งไฟล์เดิมทุกที่ 5) คำถามที่ควรถามตอนสัมภาษณ์ (ช่วยตัดสินใจ Offer) ถ้ากำลังเทียบงาน HR Recruit กับ Employer Branding ลองถามว่า - KPI หลักคืออะไร (เช่น time-to-fill, number of hires, content reach/engagement) - ทีมทำงานกี่คน มีพี่เลี้ยงไหม - เครื่องมือที่ใช้ (ATS, Excel, Teams, ช่องทางลงประกาศ) - โอกาสเติบโต 6-12 เดือนแรก ถามแบบนี้ทำให้เห็นภาพงานจริง และลดความเสี่ยงเจองานไม่ตรงที่คิด สุดท้ายอยากบอกว่าเด็กจบใหม่ไม่จำเป็นต้อง “พร้อม 100%” ถึงค่อยสมัคร งาน HR Recruit หรือ Employee Branding หลายที่รับคนเรียนรู้ไว ขอแค่เราทำการบ้านเรื่องตำแหน่ง ปรับเรซูเม่ให้ตรง และสื่อสารให้ชัดว่าเราถนัดอะไร โอกาสได้ Offer ก็มาเร็วขึ้นจริง ๆ ค่ะ
