The topic of women not being able to trust other women is becoming strong nowadays. I've had so many people tell me that they are shocked that everyone got along during the trip to Bali, or that the kommunity is such a positive place

I've been to all womens therapy groups where not just one, but a few women would share that they were scared to show up because they don't trust women

Although I've gone through my fair share of experiences, I reeffuuuuuuuseee to hold onto that narrative

As someone who know we get further togherter, I'm grateful that I get to work with women like Alicia who will not only show her progres to boast about it, but to share her journey and encourage other women

And because of the rest of the kommunity, they rush to encourage and feel the inspiration WTHOUT feeling lesser of themselves

if this is the type of energy that you'd like to be apart of

komment or DM me "KOACH" and I'll be with you shortly

... Read moreThroughout my own experience engaging with women's communities, I've witnessed firsthand how powerful it is when women come together to uplift and support one another. The mistrust some women feel towards others is often rooted in past disappointments or societal conditioning, but creating spaces of honesty and encouragement can truly change that narrative. One example I find incredibly motivating is witnessing women share transformation photos and progress updates, like those shared by 'Kueen Alicia' and others in the community. Despite the initial discomfort or reluctance to post such personal milestones, seeing these real, unfiltered stories drives inspiration and helps others to believe in their own potential. It's not just about physical changes — it's about gaining confidence, celebrating every step forward, and feeling proud without whispering self-doubt. What makes this approach effective is the genuine camaraderie and respect among community members. Rather than competition or comparison, the focus here is on mutual encouragement. When one woman shares her success, others rally around her with cheers and positivity, creating a ripple effect that strengthens the entire group’s morale. In addition, I’ve noticed that simple reminders — such as the one to "go drink some water" — serve as small but meaningful nudges toward self-care and well-being, reinforcing the holistic nature of this journey. Engagement is ongoing and personal, with invitations for comments or direct messages fostering a sense of belonging and accessibility. If you're someone who has faced doubts or hesitations about trusting other women, I strongly encourage you to seek out or create communities that prioritize transparency and support. Sharing your own story or progress can be daunting at first, but the rewards include building meaningful connections and cultivating a more positive mindset. Remember, the path to trust and empowerment often begins with small steps and the willingness to be vulnerable. The energy cultivated in these groups is contagious — it creates a safe harbor where every woman can feel valued and inspired, not diminished. This collective strength proves we truly get further together.

Topic Stacking: Study habit 🎅🏼
Have you ever tried studying two topics at once? It sounds counterintuitive, right? But actually, studying too similar and related topics can help build memory and retention of content! It works by interweaving two separate thoughts and building upon them to create one cohesive narrative in

Women who are placed in categories
So I was just reflecting on how society loves to place people and especially women in categories. Whether it’s age, socioeconomic status, or body type we are often stereotyped as a certain way. Going along my journey I want to be set apart from a category and viewed as a person who is making a cons
