How thank you for the day we felt nothing better.

The word thank you is like magic that we can use to lighten the bad things in life.

.

Because every time we choose to thank you instead of adding negative energy to a bad thing, we accept that everything always happens rationally, maybe to make us grow older, understand more, or love ourselves more.

.

Appreciation is a sudden change of perspective that will lift our energy, as if we turn on a light flashlight in a dark place, pulling us up from the negative energy we are sinking in, allowing us to walk away.

.

When we feel bad, we automatically look at the negative, but if we look for small advantages and immediately reinforce the emergence of feelings with gratitude, the previous feelings will naturally become sparse.

.

Pee Koi came to invite me to try, thank you very easily in bad situations, that we can think like this. 🌱

.

Today Blame → Thank you for making sure I still have something to learn.

.

Traffic jam → Thank you for giving me longer time to listen to my favorite music. Or stay with myself more.

.

Money lost → Thank you for reminding me to pay more attention to management.

.

Meet people don't understand → Thank you for making me realize how much I understand myself.

.

Appreciation changes the waves of our bad feelings, and when the energy inside turns into good, the attraction turns into good things.

.

Try to practice thanksgiving instead of complaining, and notice for yourself if your life is really getting brighter, as Koi said. 🖤 Koi can, you can.

.
