For years, I told myself that when I finally bought a home, I wanted a grill.
The problem? Propane and charcoal grills always felt intimidating. They seemed complicated, messy, and honestly a little overwhelming for someone who had never grilled before.

My very first cook was burgers, hot dogs, grilled onions, and jalapeños. I couldn't believe how quickly everything cooked. The burgers were still frozen and they cooked in about 12-15 minutes, and the hot dogs only took about 5-6 minutes. Cleanup was just as impressive. The grill plate washed clean with almost no effort.
The grill comes with a starter pack of wood pellets, and once I use those up, I'm excited to start experimenting with the Kona variety pack. I love that I can try different wood flavors like apple, cherry, hickory, and oak depending on what I'm making.
