Cinnamon rolls are a classic treat that can brighten any breakfast or brunch table. Not only are they fluffy and delicious, but they also fill your home with a warm, inviting aroma while baking. This recipe features a straightforward method for creating the dough using warm milk to activate the yeast, ensuring that your rolls are light and airy. The addition of light brown sugar and cinnamon in the filling adds a rich flavor that truly complements the rolls. For an added twist, consider incorporating cardamom for a unique spice blend that elevates the traditional cinnamon roll.
