With Spooky Season in the air these Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls with Maple Coffee Glaze is just the thing you’re missing this fall!!

This recipe was super easy and fun to make. It’ll have your whole house smelling delicious!! 😋

Ingredients:

(Dough)

• 3 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour

• 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast

• 1/2 tsp Salt

• 3/4 cup Whole Milk, warmed to about 110°F

• 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted

• 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree

• 1 large Egg, at room temperature

(Filling)

• 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened

• 3/4 cup Brown sugar

• 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon

• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

(Coffee Maple Glaze)

• 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened

• 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 11/2 cups (180g) Powdered Sugar, sifted

• 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

• 1 tsp Instant Coffee Granules, dissolved in 1 tsp hot water for that subtle kick (totally overlooked this step myself oops 😆)

Instructions:

1. Start by warming your milk to about 110°F (it should feel like a warm bath, not scalding). Stir in the yeast and a pinch of sugar, then let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it's frothy.

2. In a big bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, pumpkin puree, and egg, then mix until a shaggy dough forms.

3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8 minutes until it's smooth and springy. Pop it into a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot for about an hour.

4. Once doubled in size, punch down the dough and roll it into a 12x18-inch rectangle. Spread the softened butter over it, sprinkle on the brown sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice, then roll it up tightly from the long side. Slice into 12 even rolls (Use a bread knife!!).

5. Place the rolls in a greased 9x13-inch pan, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 350°F, then bake for 22-25 minutes until golden.

6. While they cool slightly, whip up the frosting by beating cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, maple syrup, and dissolved coffee until smooth.
