Ingredient 1 & Portion: 1 Bag of baby carrots 🥕
Ingredient 2 & Portion: 2 1/2 Cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
Detailed Steps: cut the carrots in half mix with garlic powder onion powder red pepper flakes salt pepper and oil of choice. Step two shred the cheese 🧀.
Step 3. Lightly grease a sheet pan, make a bed of cheese and add the carrots insides down on top. Step 4. Put into a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for about 12 mins. Turn oven off and let it cool with door slightly open for crispier crust. Overall rating: 8.5/10 ⭐️
Additional tips/notes: Use a block of cheese not the pre shredded cheese. You can use regular carrots or colored carrots.
