私も息子と一緒にこのチョコチャンククッキーを作った経験があります。溶かした無塩バターにグラニュー糖とブラウンシュガーを混ぜて、卵とバニラエッセンスを加えるだけで簡単に生地が完成。そこに薄力粉、塩、ベーキングパウダーをふるい入れ、さらにチョコチップと砕いたナッツを混ぜ込む工程は、小学生の子どもでも楽しんで参加できます。 焼き時間は170℃で約9分が目安で、オーブンから取り出した後もしばらく冷まさないと割れやすいので注意が必要ですが、ほわっとホロッとした食感がしっかり残っていて、甘さもほど良く家庭のおやつにぴった りでした。ナッツの香ばしさとチョコの甘みのバランスが絶妙で、手作りならではの温かみが感じられます。 また、息子と一緒に作ることで、料理への興味も広がり、ホワイトデーのお返しを自分で用意する楽しみも共有できて良かったです。家族で作る時間が大切な思い出になりましたし、忙しい日常のなかでも手軽にできるレシピなので、ぜひバレンタインだけでなく普段のお菓子作りにもおすすめしたいです。
