Winter woes? Not over here baby

Change of season means preparing our bodies for the long winter ahead. I am going to do my best my eating healthy - ish meals (compared to by usual). I used to be such a healthy girly but retired athlete, mom, WFH all of these things turn into one big pile of processed food and weight gained.

I don’t know about where you are located, but here in VA it seems as if winter doesn’t want to fight back. It has been sitting in the mid 50-70 degree area. For me that means the clock on wearing my winter scents is winding down. So here are the fragrances I’ve reached for the most this winter.
