Material
・ Chicken thigh meat... 250g
・ Onion... 1 / 2 (about 100g)
Unregulated soy milk: 200 ml
・ Pizza cheese: 60-80g
Seasoning
・ Olive oil... 2 tsp
・ Consomme (granules): 1 tsp
・ Salt... 1 / 3 teaspoon

[How to make]
① Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and the onion into thin slices.
② Heat the oil in a frying pan and bake the chicken thighs. When they are browned, add the onions and fry until tender.
