I recently started ordering #Factor premade meals and wanted to share my thoughts.
I have ordered from factor in the past and decided to start ordering again for my lunch meals for work. This helps me get my protein goal in and also gets me to eat more vegetables because they are like freaking magicians with making vegetables taste good (I’m a pretty picky eater but trying to expand!)
This meal is beef shepherds pie with white cheddar Yukon mash & roasted green beans
7/10 for this one. It wasn’t bad, I found the mash potatoes didn’t fully heat up with the recommended heating instructions but everything else heated up fine.
I wasn’t loving the green beans personally. I ate them but I wasn’t thrilled about it 🤣 if you are a fan of green beans though.. you’ll probably love this one.

This one is less protein than I’d like but I had it Tuesday for lunch and didn’t go to the gym after because of physio so out of all my meals this week this one was the lowest calorie count and least amount of protein.
It still kept me full for like the entire afternoon. I just had a protein cheesecake bowl around dinner and was good for the night.
... Read moreFrom my experience ordering Factor meals, I appreciate how convenient these options are for busy workdays when cooking isn't feasible. The beef shepherd’s pie with white cheddar Yukon mash and roasted green beans stood out for its balanced flavors, though I noticed the mashed potatoes didn’t heat evenly with the standard microwave instructions. One helpful tip is to add an extra 30 seconds to 1 minute beyond the recommended heating time and stir halfway to ensure an even warmth throughout.
The green beans were more polarizing for me—they weren’t my favorite, but I know many fans of green veggies love how Factor seasons them. I think this highlights how Factor creatively packs vegetables in ways that make them more appealing even for picky eaters. Plus, these meals provide solid nutrition: with 39 grams of protein, they support muscle maintenance and satiety well, which helped me stay full until dinner, even on a lighter protein day.
While this meal rated a 7/10 for me, the convenience and vegetable incorporation keep me coming back. For those aiming to meet protein goals without sacrificing taste or time, Factor’s premade meals can be a smart, tasty choice. Just be mindful of heating practices to get the best flavor and texture.
