A strong core stabilizes your body, enabling better movement in everyday activities as well as during workouts. For this core routine, I recommend a continuous circuit that consists of 15 crunches, 30 bicycles (15 each side), 15 toe touches, 15 V-crunches, and a 1-minute plank. This combination targets all groups of muscles in your abdominal area: upper abs, lower abs, and obliques. Performing these exercises regularly can help you develop a stronger core that also aids in injury prevention during sports. Additionally, consider incorporating variations such as weighted exercises or resistance bands to keep the routine challenging as you progress. Note the importance of warming up before starting and cooling down after finishing your workout to prevent injuries. As summer approaches, maintaining consistency in your fitness activities will help you achieve your desired summer body with confidence. Remember, pairing workouts with a healthy diet and adequate hydration maximizes your results.
