G.O.A.T
Cosmetic grade adhesives & liquids (like lash glues, lash lift solutions, etc.) are:
Made for use on skin, hair, or around the eyes – tested for safety.
Regulated – must meet UK/EU/US cosmetic law (CPSR, MOCRA, EU Portal, etc.).
Fully labelled – ingredients listed in INCI names so you know what’s inside.
Stabilised safely – they use cosmetic-approved stabilisers (like BHA), not harsh industrial ones.
Shelf-life tested – proven to stay safe and effective until expiry.
By contrast, industrial grade products (like glues made for construction, plastics, or medical devices) might still “work” on lashes but:
Aren’t tested for human use
Can hide dangerous stabilisers (hydroquinone, NMP, phthalic anhydride, etc.)
Carry higher risk of allergies, burns, or eye/skin irritation
👉 Cosmetic grade = made for beauty use, safe, regulated.
👉 Industrial grade = made for machines/materials, not people.
