when i’m easing back into routine, i like to keep my workouts short & effective, nothing too crazy, just enough to get me moving without feeling overwhelmed.
here’s what we did today:
– hip thrust: 4 x 10
– rdl: 4 x 10
– step ups: 4 x 8
– hip abduction: 4 x 12
– stair master: 20 mins
not every session has to be your hardest. sometimes it’s just about showing up. that’s what builds discipline 🫶🏽
