We are already in the faculty of the hospitality industry. This is only a part of our faculty and is an event held every year. It is an event where HR brothers from many companies set up a booth inside our faculty building, which we joined as a branch staff and our "first" for this kind of official work.

Personally, I am a small speaker (with people who are not close). Super shy.

But choose to work with a lot of people, but have a good experience. It opens up the world for us.

I tried something new that I didn't think I would do. Actually, I used to think that in college we don't need to talk to anyone.

But!!!It doesn't apply to work. 🙂 ↔️

The benefits of this work ‼️

Of course, talking to HR brothers and sisters, each company is very cute, and the first part is why we have to be good at talking, because what we learned from the university is

"Self-reliance." Yes, we have to be 80% self-reliant.

(For us) Therefore, we do not speak at all. The closer the person is, the bigger. But when working as a staff, we learned that

The better we talk, the more HR cares about you. 🤩

Because everyone wants a good-natured, good-natured person to work with, right? * (But don't say anything that is too ugly, good-natured talk is better, especially those who are staff may have the advantage because they are close to HR throughout the job) But this is not that we will get the job. It is in your qualifications, experience and position that you will choose whether you will get the job.
