🛒 Ingredients:
✔️ 1 lb ground beef
✔️ ½ cup breadcrumbs
✔️ ¼ cup milk
✔️ 1 large egg
✔️ 1 small onion, finely chopped
✔️ 2 garlic cloves, minced
✔️ 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
✔️ ½ tsp salt
✔️ ½ tsp black pepper
✔️ 1 cup beef broth
✔️ 1 cup brown gravy
✔️ 🌿 1 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)

1️⃣ Mix it up:
In a large bowl, combine beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, salt & pepper. Mix thoroughly. (~10 min)
2️⃣ Form the meatballs:
Shape into 12–15 meatballs (about 1–1.5 in. each). (~10 min)
3️⃣ Sear for flavor:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs on all sides in batches. Don’t cook through — just get that golden crust. Transfer to slow cooker. (~15 min)
4️⃣ Make the gravy:
In the same pan, add beef broth + brown gravy. Scrape up all those yummy brown bits and simmer for 2 min. Pour over meatballs in slow cooker. (~5 min)
5️⃣ Slow-cook magic:
Cover and cook:
🔸 6 hours on low
🔹 OR 3 hours on high
until meatballs are fully cooked and tender.
6️⃣ Finish & serve:
