• 1 Orange Bell Pepper

• 1 Red Bell Pepper

• 1 Yellow Pepper Bell

• 1 Yellow Onion

• 16 Eggs

• 1 Cup Heavy Cream

• (Mushrooms you Preference)

• (Sausage you Preference)

• Add Spinach

• Add Grated Cheese

• Use Tillamook Sharp Cheddar

& Colby Jack

•Mix together

• Spray your Muffin Pan

When mixing, be gentle to keep some texture but make sure all ingredients are well combined for even distribution. Spraying the muffin pan well helps with easy removal.
