This Summer We Get Fit!

I've been setting small workout goals for myself this summer to make working out a habit. I have thyroid issues, so losing weight is hard for me, and I'm very sleepy a lot.

I'm trying to do thirty days of yoga, and today is day 8!

If anyone's curious, I use Yoga with Adrien on YouTube. Her videos are really great, and she walks through exercises of self love while you do the movements.
