✨SIMPLE INGREDIENTS. AMAZING RESULTS.✨
Sometimes the simplest breakfasts end up being the best. This one comes together in about 10 minutes using just one skillet, but it tastes like something you’d order at your favorite brunch spot. Buttery toasted brioche, warm Black Forest ham, melty Swiss cheese, two perfectly runny eggs, and a little Dijon mustard… that’s all it takes. If you’re looking for an easy weekend breakfast (or honestly breakfast for dinner), this one is definitely worth trying.

Ultimate Breakfast Brioche
Ingredients
* 1 St. Pierre brioche burger bun
* 2 pasture-raised eggs
* 4–6 slices Black Forest ham
* 2 slices Swiss cheese
* Dijon mayo
* 1 teaspoon butter (for toasting the bun)
* 1 tablespoon butter (for frying the eggs)
* Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread 1 teaspoon butter on the cut sides of the brioche bun and toast until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
3. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each toasted bun half so it starts to soften.
4. In the same skillet, warm the Black Forest ham until lightly browned around the edges. Place it on the bottom bun.
5. Add 1 tablespoon butter to the skillet and fry the eggs over medium until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Spread Dijon mayo on the top bun.
7. Place the eggs on top of the ham and cheese, then finish with the top bun.
8. Serve immediately while the cheese is melty and the yolks are perfectly runny. Enjoy! 😊
