Long and healthy hair - my routine.

First things first:

I want to be clear that a huge part of hair growth is genetics so please keep that in mind.

That said, this is my hair care routine:

1. Hair Masks weekly: Sometimes homemade, sometimes from the store, sometimes high end, sometimes drugstore, sometimes its just conditioner. I put them on BEFORE shower and keep them on for as long as I can and then just wash hair as usual.

2. Scalp oiling: Whenever I put on a hair mask I put on oil on my scalp. Whichever brand and type I have on hand.

3. Hair wash: I only wash my hair when I absolutely have to, sometimes thats 4 days, sometimes 7 and sometimes 10.

4. Double Shampoo: shampoo twice, nothing else to say about this 😂

5. Keep conditioner on for at least 3 mins before rinsing.

6. Cold rinse: Rinse your hair with cold water after washing.

7. No HOT water ever, Ill use warm water but NEVER hot water in my hair.

8. Minimal Heat: I used heat here but I normally only use heat about once every 2 months.
