First week in Dublin!

I’m so excited to be studying abroad at Trinity College Dublin!! Here’s a look at all of the places I explored during my first few days here before classes started. I definitely think that getting out and exploring the city helped me with some of my homesickness. I’m excited to call this place home for the next few months! #studyabroad #ireland

... Read moreDublin is a city rich in history and culture, making it the perfect destination for study abroad students. From the stunning architecture of Trinity College Dublin, which houses the illustrious Book of Kells, to the serene beauty of Saint Patrick's Cathedral, there's no shortage of sights to see. I spent time wandering the lush landscapes of Phoenix Park, one of the largest city parks in Europe, where you can meet wild deer and enjoy expansive green spaces. Grafton Street is a must-visit for shopping and entertainment, with street performers adding to the vibrant atmosphere. I also took a leisurely stroll through Stephen's Green Park, where I was able to enjoy the tranquillity among the hustle and bustle of the city. Each of these experiences has not only helped me adapt to my new life in Ireland but has also sparked a sense of excitement for upcoming adventures. If you're considering studying abroad, I recommend getting out and exploring your new surroundings, as it truly helps in acclimating to your new home.
