Not your 75 hard routine ☠️
All I’ve been seeing is everyone doing 75 hard, 75 mild, or 75 soft. As tempting as it is, I’m worried day 75 is here and I don’t continue like typical fad diets.
SO.
I combined some of my favorite exercises from the many trainers and influencers I follow and created my own aesthetically pleasing workout planner 😊
I am BY NO MEANS a certified trainer, so please someone correct me if I’m doing something wrong. I love to hear criticism especially if it’ll help me in the gym.
I wanted to share this with the chance it’d catch the eye of someone feeling in a rut or body dysmorphia kicking their ass lately. I have gained 15 lbs since those pictures but I’ve been struggling working that off so I needed a change. I just wanted to share 😊🩵

In a world saturated with fitness challenges like 75 Hard, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the pressure to conform. The reality is, not every routine fits everyone. With so many aspiring fitness enthusiasts grappling with similar feelings, crafting a personalized approach can be the key to long-term success. Creating a workout planner allows for integration of favorite exercises while adapting to individual needs and preferences. For example, exercises such as barbell hip thrusts, dumbbell RDLs, and cable kickbacks can be customized based on one's current fitness level, facilitating gradual improvements while preventing burnout. It's essential to listen to your body – prioritize recovery, mobility, and flexibility training, such as child's pose and hip flexor stretches, which can support performance in demanding workouts. A balanced routine also includes cardio, such as walking or treadmill sessions, which enhances cardiovascular health without extreme pressure. Staying connected with a community that shares similar struggles fosters accountability, motivation, and shared growth. Social platforms provide excellent opportunities for advice and critique, leading to healthier habits and improved mindsets. Remember, fitness is a personal journey – embrace your uniqueness, celebrate progress, and most importantly, enjoy the process!
