I found that setting realistic goals and gradually increasing weights helped me avoid burnout and injuries. Using proper form during exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses made a huge difference in effectiveness and safety. Nutrition also plays a crucial role. Eating enough protein and maintaining a balanced diet supports muscle recovery and growth. Hydration and adequate rest are equally important when you want to see real progress. Don’t hesitate to track your workouts and progress. This will keep you motivated and help you recognize when to push harder or rest. Over time, you’ll develop strength and endurance, answering the question "Do you even lift bro?" with confidence and results.
