Because no one wants turkey arms and no butt! These are quick and easy go to exercises when you are unsure of what to do in the gym.

I focus less on the amount of reps but more on the weight. I’m increasing my weight in order to build more muscle and see more results. I’m aiming to go from tone to BUILT! Iykyk
