May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🌼
May can be so exciting with Spring and Summer coming but can also be destabilizing with longer daylight hours and the expectation to be busy, active and make the most of the warmer weather.
This month, I'll be focusing on:
1. Slowing down.
2. Prioritizing activities that are meaningful to me.
3. Connecting to my hobbies.
4. Taking my lunch break to balance my day out.
5. Moving my body when I can.
Sometimes what you're already doing is enough and a month like this is there to help you remember your *why* ❤️
