Planet Fitness might not have the bells and whistles of a boutique studio or high-performance gym, but what it does have is something I’ve come to deeply appreciate: accessibility, consistency, and a reminder that showing up is more than enough.

Some days I’m full of energy, ready to hit the treadmill or crank out some sets.
