In NJ, way too much . For a 1 bedroom loft is almost 3,000 in my area . I cannot keep up with this. I mean we are in a recession. I’m just not understanding how rent keeps going up but wages are staying the same. Also how many new apartments are constantly being built but there’s so many people on the streets
