This is very much a cliche, but seriously, getting up at 5 am and going to the gym. Listening to Joseph Campbell/Carl Jung/philosophy podcasts really sets my mind at ease for the day. The dichotomy of listening to mythology/philosophy while lifting brings such a calm to my mind body & soul. It has been a game changer🍋
Nature hikes, sleeping in😂, acoustic sunrise like as in coffee house rock music is relaxing. This is a weird one - cleaning my car's interior is relaxing.
