Trusting the Invisible God

Let’s pray 🙏🏾 and get this day underway♥️!

Good morning my AMAZING family! 🙏🏾♥️🌈🕊️ Let’s be honest—TRUSTING a God we can’t SEE is not always easy 👀. We’re wired to believe what we touch ✋🏾, what we hear 👂🏾, and what we can explain. But FAITH asks us to lean on the INVISIBLE 🙌🏾. That’s why Isaiah 26:4 tells us: “Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an EVERLASTING ROCK.” 🪨

Isaiah told Israel this because they wanted visible guarantees—just like us. But REAL TRUST isn’t about what we can prove—it’s about WHO God is. He is ETERNAL ⏳, FOREVER, and UNCHANGING.

The challenge is that our human faith muscle 💪🏾 gets weak if we don’t use it. That’s why we need PRACTICES that grow it: PRAYING without ceasing 🙏🏾, FASTING 🍽️, journaling 🖊️, worshipping 🎶, meditating in silence 🕊️. These SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES are not empty rituals—they are TRAINING that strengthens TRUST.

Because when your FAITH is stretched, your TRUST deepens. When your TRUST deepens, your PEACE grows 🌟. And when PEACE grows, nothing in this world can shake you ⛈️.

Family, don’t just read Isaiah 26:4—LIVE it. Build your FAITH until trusting an unseen God feels as real as breathing air 🌬️.

👉🏾 Scriptures to Meditate On🙏🏾: John 20:29, 2 Corinthians 5:7

... Read moreTrusting an invisible God is often a profound challenge because our natural instinct is to rely on the tangible and visible. Yet, spiritual growth invites us beyond what meets the eye, encouraging a deeper bond with the eternal and unchanging God. The prayer from the article beautifully encapsulates this trust, affirming God as a firm foundation and source of strength, overwhelming fears with love. In moments when life feels uncertain or crumbling, it is this trust in God’s goodness and reliability that anchors the soul. Cultivating trust requires intentional spiritual practices—prayer, fasting, journaling, worship, and meditating in silence—which act as exercise for the faith muscle. These disciplines are not merely rituals but essential habits that reinforce confidence in God's faithfulness. Praying without ceasing opens communication with God, allowing us to express fears and hopes, and receive reassurance. Fasting sharpens spiritual focus and dependence on God rather than worldly comforts. Journaling helps track spiritual progress and reflect on God’s work in our lives. Worship lifts the heart and mind to acknowledge God’s greatness, stirring deeper devotion. Meditation in silence provides space to listen and experience God’s peace quietly. Isaiah 26:4 reminds us that God is an everlasting rock—a steadfast, unmovable support. When trust in God deepens, peace inevitably follows, empowering believers to weather life’s storms with calm assurance. Incorporating this understanding into daily life transforms faith from abstract belief into lived reality. By embracing these spiritual disciplines, believers can grow their faith until trusting an unseen God feels as natural and necessary as breathing. Ultimately, this journey enriches the spiritual life, fosters resilience, and nurtures a secure hope anchored in God’s unwavering love and trustworthiness, as captured in the heartfelt prayer affirming God as the firm foundation through all circumstances.
