Down 27 pounds in 48 days ⬇️
The weekend is right around the corner! Make a list, go grocery shopping, and start meal prepping with me!
Reflecting what my first three weeks of meal prepping looked like:
• In the first two weeks l lost 10 pounds with 0 intentional exercise, just the usual activities I always do. I am now 48 days in and 27 pounds down as of my last weigh in. Still no exercise.
• Decrease in appetite (in a good way) and an increase in energy
• Still shocked every time I get groceries and read nutrition labels on things I used to eat without a second thought
