Woooo!

Woke up early as heck to do cyclebar this morning before work and I’m so glad I did! I love how many more calories I burn during the day and how much more water I drink during the day after morning workouts, but hate waking up for them😅

Got to try chia pudding for the first time and it’s not bad. My brand doesn’t have as much protein as I was expecting, but it might just not be that high protein of a food as I thought it would be.🤷🏽‍♀️

Hurried home to eat lunch with my cat, then right back to work. Wanted to go out after work so bad but stayed in and made a bunch of pasta instead 😛
