Fudge Brownies 🍫🍨

Tonight’s treat!! Baking them in muffin tin makes each one “an edge piece” & the perfect size for a scoop of ice cream!! 🤤 This recipe makes around 14 brownies!! ( && 1/2 of them are already gone 😅 )

Ingredients:

✨ 1 cup Flour ( I used 1/2 AP & 1/2 Bread Flour )

✨ 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

✨ 1/2 tsp Salt

✨ 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

✨ 3/4 cup Butter

✨ 2 tbl Vegetable Oil

✨1/3 cup Brown Sugar

✨ 1 cup White Sugar

✨ 2 Eggs

✨ 1 Egg Yolk

✨ 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips

💥 Preheat oven to 350°

💥 In a stand mixer, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, & cocoa powder! Set aside

💥 In a small bowl, put butter, veggie oil, & brown sugar! Microwave until butter is melted

💥 In another bowl, whisk together eggs & white sugar!

💥 Slowly whisk in butter mixture into the egg mixture

💥 Then mix the wet mixture into the flour/ cocoa powder mixture!

💥 Mix until combined, stir in chocolate chips

💥 Grease a cupcake pan & scoop batter into each tin

💥 Add a few more chocolate chips to the tops & bake 25-30 minutes

💥 Wait 5 minutes before using a butter knife to release the brownies from the pan!!
