Trusting God With Your Pace...

1/31 Edited to

... Read moreWaiting can often feel frustrating, especially when we yearn for quick progress in life or faith. I’ve personally experienced moments when it seemed like everything was moving slowly, and impatience crept in. Psalm 37:7 has been a remarkable comfort for me: "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him." This verse reminds us that faith isn’t about rushing God’s plans but trusting in His perfect timing. Learning to rest in this waiting period has taught me valuable lessons about patience and surrender. Instead of feeling defeated by delays, I’ve started viewing them as opportunities to strengthen my relationship with God. Waiting shapes faith because it pushes us to rely not on our understanding but on God's wisdom and care. In practical terms, when I find myself anxious about progress—whether in personal goals, spiritual growth, or life circumstances—I pause, pray, and remind myself that God’s timing is better than mine. This mindset shift brought a deep sense of peace, reducing stress and opening my heart to God’s presence even when answers aren’t immediate. For anyone struggling with impatience, embracing God’s pace means releasing control and trusting that every waiting season has purpose. It’s a journey of faith where we grow stronger through patience, and ultimately, God is still here, working in ways we may not immediately see but can trust are good and perfect.
