Morning Routine living with Fibromyalgia

I started this routine a few months ago and its been pretty successful, I have a CT scan done tommorow to see how much my fibromyalgia have shrinked while trying to avoid hysterectomy surgery. send prayers please.

I drank this tea and on the first day I felt crazy 😂😂😂😫I had fast heart rate and felt super light headed . But maybe that’s the detox or maybe an allergic reaction but I’m never drinking it again lol
