i skipped breakfast bc i woke up at like 11am and i wasnt hungry 😅

breakfast sandwich and a danish from my local cafe!! i kinda fudged/guesstimated the calories on these guys lol they were SO good tho, worth it

🍽️ dinner

my coworker made this absolutely DIVINE chicken, pepper, and potato dish yesterday and we had it for dinner tonight. SO yummy!

🥨 snacks

i didn’t really snack much today, surprisingly!! kinda spoiled myself and went over a bit with the coke at the end of the day but my birthdays this week, so id say its alright 🥰

Adding more vegetables and protein can help you feel full while keeping calorie counts in check. For my snacks, I found it surprising that I indulged less, except for a cheeky Coke to celebrate my upcoming birthday—a small treat within a calorie count can make special occasions even better.
