‼️What You Need to Know About Project 2025‼️

Project 2025, also known as the 2025 Presidential Transition Project, is a group of over 70 right-of-center organizations organizing a transition for the next conservative president. This presidential transition is being carried out on a "scale never attempted before in conservative politics," the New York Times reports. Four key components support the project: a 180-day playbook, training, policy agenda, and staff.

The project's website says: "If we are going to rescue the country from the grip of the radical Left, we need both a governing agenda and the right people in place, ready to carry this agenda out on day one of the next conservative administration."

Let’s examine the policy agenda of "Project 2025" to have an understanding of how this all works in real life. Out of the four "pillars" indicated before, this one is the most developed aspect of "Project 2025." To their credit, the Right is open about their intentions. In fact, their 920-page report, "Mandate for Leadership: A Conservative Promise," which is freely accessible online, lays them out in great detail. The report is organized by five sections: "Taking the reins of government," "The common defense," "The general welfare," "The economy," and "Independent regulatory agencies." In each section, specific departments as well as the many federal agencies and commissions each get their separate chapter, 30 in total, in which a host of different authors lay out what it is the Right wants to do with/to American government.

Broadly speaking, there are two dimensions to what "Project 2025" envisions: On one level, this is a radical program to dismantle the modern state.

‼️‼️The policy plan calls for the U.S. Department of Defense to abolish its diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and reinstate any military service members discharged for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine. The plan calls for eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Commerce. It would also give the president more power over quasi-independent agencies such as the Federal Communications Commission.

Under this bill, there would be no abortion, no gay or interracial marriage, divorce would become illegal, nuclear families would become the norm, etc.

Not to mention the deadly effects this policy would have on the climate!‼️‼️

Essentially this project would turn America into an Authoritarian dictatorship.

The Right wishes to deprive the executive and administrative branches of any power that could be utilized to impose restrictions on wealthy interests or promote a more equitable, multicultural society. But they also intend to weaponize and mobilize specific regions of the state concurrently. This is frequently described as an effort to "depoliticize" the executive branch. That is basically a broad attempt to impose their reactionary white Christian patriarchal system on American society and to punish and remove their enemies. The study "Protecting Life, Conscience, and Bodily Integrity?" lists the first objective of HHS. What follows is a broadside at bodily autonomy, self-determination, and the rights of Igbtq people - all under the umbrella of protecting "the fundamental right to life, protect conscience rights, and uphold bodily integrity.”

DISCLAIMER: I’m not saying one political party is right while the other is wrong, I simply want to spread information about this project. I’m worried about the future, specifically with the impact this project would have on climate change. But also as a woman, I am particularly concerned about the effects this would have on the rights to my body, considering how the government seemingly constantly wants to take that away.
