【蛋黄酥与皮蛋酥】

用猪油和两次开酥的方法做了蛋黄酥和皮蛋酥，外皮非常酥脆，一捏就掉渣。内馅不太满意，皮蛋酥的内馅是水豆沙，太稀太软，很难包，好几个露底。蛋黄酥是白莲蓉，很好包，个个成功。
