Morning Sunlight Syncing The Right Way

If you’re just starting a sunlight routine to help reset your hormones on a daily basis, here’s some tips to make sure you’re getting the most benefits and not wasting precious time outside (especially if its cold!)

☀️ Before: I used to think “getting morning sunlight” meant sitting outside with my coffee… scrolling my phone. Technically, I was outside, but my eyes were glued to a screen absorbing too much hormone disruption blue light, my body wasn’t moving, and I wasn’t getting the real benefits.

🌅 Now: I know that to actually sync my circadian rhythm and reset my hormones for the day, I need to:

✅ Look up toward the sky (not at a screen)

✅ Expose my eyes to natural light (no sunglasses)

✅ Add movement—walking, stretching, or even a little dance to get my body engaged

This small shift has completely changed my energy, appetite, and sleep (not to mention hot flashes - GONE).
