What I adore about this particular bowl is how fresh and vibrant it tastes. The combination starts with a generous bed of crisp spinach, which is amazing for gut health and provides a fantastic base. Then, I add my protein – a delicious, flaky tuna that's rich in omega-3s. But here's where it gets really interesting: I love adding thinly sliced mushrooms for that earthy, umami flavor, and surprisingly, fresh mango! The mango adds a wonderful sweetness and a tropical twist that balances everything out perfectly. And for that extra crunch and hydration, slivers of cool cucumber are a must.
